Ballindalloch Distillery, Visitors Centre and associated sites including; a new bonded warehouse, new water storage facility and new spring barley and malted barley storage silos at Home Farm.

A Single Estate Distillery, Ballindalloch Estate grows it's own barley and uses only the purest natural spring water from the hills above the Castle to produce a premium branded single maly whisky. 

After conceptual design and planning approval was achieved  by renowned architect Lachlan Stewart, we were instructed as project manager across the 4 different sites.

CDDC were responsible for on site detail design at the craft distillery and visitors centre and the water storage facility; principal design, planning and building warrant submission of the bonded warehouses at Marypark; interior design of the visitors centre and all design aspects of the external works including landscaping and the refurbishment of the original mill water wheel & lade.
